GENERAL MANAGER-HUMAN RESOURCE
Our Client is a leading Sri Lankan diversified conglomerate.
They are looking for a dynamic, innovative, result-oriented individual to join their team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce through proactive recruitment practices.
- Implement policies and procedures to promote a positive work culture and employee engagement.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to enhance performance and productivity.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, incentives, and employee benefits.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Analyze compensation data and trends to identify areas for improvement or adjustment.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA would be preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, with a minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience.
- Age below 50 years.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and manage complex HR initiatives.
