Job Description
Solanco Engineering Services (Pvt) Ltd, an ICTAD registered C5 grade company engaging in constructions of buildings (including steel building), Sewerage treatment plants and specially water board projects (WASSIP projects) situated at Rathmalana is seeking skilled Quantity Surveyors for their growing organization.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in Building Constructions Projects
- Having experience in Water Board projects and sewerage treatment plant construction projects would be an advantage.
- Preference to candidate with budgeting, cost planning and related activities.
- Experience in Government tendering.
- Experience in preparing construction programs.
- Fair knowledge in AUTO CAD would be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Preparing monthly cost reports
- Preparing Bills
- Assisting project management team
