We Are Looking For
ONLINE MARKETING - INTERN
Job Responsibilities
- Attend to customer inquiries through social channels 24x7
- Monitor the performance of online sales and identify business trends
- Create and execute branding plans/promotions
- Maintain product portfolios on the website
- Work with internal and external parties when necessary
Personal Profile
Reading for a Bachelor's/Diploma in Marketing/Business related field or part qualified in a similar professional qualification
- Hands-on knowledge in social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube; experience in e-commerce sales is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala; knowledge of Tamil would be an advantage
- Computer literacy in MS Office, Canva, Photoshop, and other creative platforms
- Ability to work from home during weekends to perform tasks given by supervisors
- Should be able to create content with minimum supervision
- Google Digital Garage, Facebook Blueprint certificates are a plus point
