Manager - Pharmacy
The candidate is responsible to contribute towards the development, implementation, monitoring, and managing of the Pharmacy Operation and Stocks.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Planning, administrating, organizing, and successfully implementing all activities in relation to pharmacy operations.
- Enforcing best practice protocols by managing the Pharmacy Units.
- Responsible for total sales, service standards, ensuring all company procedures are adhered by the pharmacy.
- Maintaining and constantly developing innovative and cost-effective stock management on a weekly basis to achieve bottom line sales budgets against monthly targets.
- Coordinating with drug inspectors and suppliers.
- Ensure proper management of inventory and records.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Qualified Pharmacist with the recognized license acquired by the Sri Lanka Medical Council.
- Minimum 5 - 10 years of work experience in a well-recognized Company.
- Extensive knowledge of pharmaceuticals and drugs with the ability to provide clear and concise instructions.
- Familiarity with diverse business functions such as Logistics and Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of effective leadership & team management.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Sinhala both verbally & in writing.
- Should be a strong and Influential personality.
