ROLE PROFILE
- Organize, oversee, and supervise all administrative functions, encompassing Canteen, Security, Janitorial, Premises, and Transport systems.
- Develop and implement administrative procedures and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Foster effective communication across departments and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies to cultivate positive relationships.
- Manage Company Welfare Shop, Employees' Gym, and CCTV Operations efficiently.
- Coordinate and manage employee transportation services effectively.
- Ensure fair distribution and meticulous management of uniforms and library resources to optimize efficiency and organization.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- A Bachelor's Degree in HR/ Management or any other related field from a recognized University
- MBA would be an added advantage
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills - influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Extremely sound in service provider regulations, Strong problem-solving and critical thinking ability with proactive mindset
