Position: Assistant Manager - Appliances

Base Location: Head Office - Colombo 04, Sri Lanka

Key purpose of the role: To drive growth and excellence in Appliances business of Häfele Sri Lanka

What you will do:

  • Sales Achievement: Exceed sales targets with strategic approaches. Responsible for forecasting demand and inventory planning.
  • Business Development & Channel Management: Establish sustainable relationships with Key Dealers, Modern Trade Partners, Architects, and Interior Designers etc. Access and analyze market trends and dynamics and competitor behaviors. Keep track of Sales and Product mix of Distributors. Provide regular training to stakeholders on Product portfolio.
  • Market Analysis & Marketing Collaboration: Provide data-driven insights for decision making and align promotions with business goals.
  • Teamwork and collaboration: Collaborate within and outside the team to maximize Productivity and achieve collective goals.

Role Requirement

QUALIFICATION:

EXPERIENCE:

SKILLS:

  • Degree in Business Management or a related qualification
  • Min. 5 to 8 years of related experience
  • Proven experience in Appliances sales.
  • Having an MBA in Marketing or Business Management would be an added advantage.
  • Strong connect with Appliances dealers, modern trade partners, and distributors is Preferred Strong leadership skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
