Chana's Restaurant, located in the bustling district of Wellawatte, is now looking for a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team to success.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the restaurant's daily operations to ensure that service is delivered smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage and motivate employees to deliver excellent customer service and maintain the restaurant's standards.
  • Create and implement strategies for increasing revenue and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure high food quality and consistency.
  • Manage administrative activities like scheduling, inventories, and budgeting.
  • Maintain compliance with all health and safety laws.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hotel management or a comparable subject.
  • A minimum of four years' experience in restaurant management, with a focus on fine dining and ghost kitchens.
  • Strong leadership abilities, including the capacity to inspire and mentor team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting goals and propelling corporate growth.
