RESTAURANT MANAGER
Tunnel Lounge is one of the leading restaurants in Mt. Lavinia with a variety of mouth-watering dishes and eye-catching locations, including the bar. We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of our business.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high service standards by the Restaurant and Bar.
- Manage all aspects of the Restaurant and Bar operations.
- Monitor the quality and quantity of all food and beverage items served. Ensure assets are accounted for with proper inventory management and audit checks.
- Review feedback from guests and take proactive steps to improve event handling and customer's dining experience.
- Improve service trainings for the team.
- Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with all team members to discuss improvements.
- Ensure operational budgets and cost controls are adhered to.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in a Hotel/Restaurant as a Manager is a must.
- Should be a customer-focused person with a thorough understanding of the hospitality industry's standards.
- Excellent communication abilities and good command of English. Should be below 45 years of age.
