JKIT focuses on Strategy, Consulting, Digital, Technology and Operations to large multinational companies worldwide. JKIT has delivered many award-winning solutions to some of the biggest names in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Project Manager. The selected candidate will report to the Head of Delivery.
- Meeting with respective stakeholders (clients, internal resources and third parties) to clarify overall requirements of the project(s) assigned to ensure on-time execution.
- Assisting in defining the project scope and objectives by involving relevant stakeholders.
- Tailor the project delivery processes based on the project implementation approach finalized to ensure desired outcomes.
- Developing a detailed project execution plan to monitor, track and report progress to relevant stakeholders. Managing the triple constraints of the project management using appropriate verification techniques and taking informed decisions to manage the impacts to the budget, scope, and schedule.
- Tracking and measuring project performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Conducting regular risk assessments and management required mitigatory or contingency plans to minimize impacts to the project objectives.
- Operate in a cross functional environment where team members with variety of expertise, from different departments come together to achieve the project objectives.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A degree in Computer Science, IT, or the equivalent, with a minimum of 7 years' experience in managing medium or large size projects.
- A PMP or SCRUM qualification with SAP Activate certification.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Prior experience in applying Six Sigma principles to IT projects is an added advantage.
