Darley Butler & Co. Ltd markets some of the most popular FMCG brands in the Sri Lankan Market. Our Bakery Products Division is at the forefront of the bakery ingredients industry, supplying a wide array of high-quality products to bakeries across the island. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and results driven Sales Manager to lead our team and help expand our reach further.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive sales volumes by developing and implementing robust sales strategies.
  • Tap into markets and bakeries that have not been reached yet, broadening our customer base, and increasing market coverage.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve set objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Applicant's Profile

  • Proven experience in a similar role preferably in the foodservice or bakery industry.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to analyze market trends.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Professional qualifications in Sales/Marketing would be an added advantage.
  • Willingness to travel extensively island-wide and drive business growth.
  • Age: Below 40 years
