Corrugated Cartons in Sri Lanka and are looking for dynamic, talented and motivated individuals for the below position.

Procurement - Assistant

Requirements:

  • Energetic Male Candidate
  • Age below 30 years
  • G.C.E A/L in any Stream
  • Strong Communication ability
  • Computer Literacy & the ability to work independently
  • Previous working experience will be an added qualification

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Generating purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of details such as quantities, prices, delivery dates, and tracking their progress to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Organizing and maintaining procurement-related documents such as contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and supplier agreements.
  • Ensuring compliance with organizational procurement policies, as well as relevant laws and regulations governing procurement practices.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders such as department heads, finance, and operations teams to gather requirements, provide updates on procurement activities and address any issues or concerns.
  • Inputting data into procurement systems or databases, generating reports on procurement activities, expenditures and performance metrics.
  • Providing general administrative support to the procurement team, such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and handling correspondence.
