Requirements:
- Female candidates with age 20 - 30 Qualified with GCE O/L and A/L
- Working Experience in a similar capacity
- Good Communication skill in three Languages (Sinhala / Tamil / English)
- Knowledge in Documents of customer care division
- Having a very good knowledge of MS office, ERP Systems
- Self-Motivated, independent worker & good team player
Job Description:
- Ability to keep recordings customer care division
- Call answering ability to handle customers in accordance with company rules and regulations
