JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- N-Joy
- Preparation of Annual Plans & reforecast.
- Optimize & manage the company working capital & foreign currency exposures.
- Finalization of monthly accounts & accurate management reporting within the stipulated timelines.
- Responsible for ensuring the adherence to group & company policies.
- Independently finalize year end audit & preparation of year end accounts
- Coordination with Internal & External Auditors
- Liaising with Operations Staff on day to day issues.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Be fully qualified in CIMA/ACCA/ICASL/CMA
- 5+ years' experience in similar capacity with experience in handling audits, etc.
- Prior experience with a firm of chartered Accountants would be an added advantage.
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial principles.
- Language proficiency - Both English & Sinhalese.
- Proficient use of finance software (ERP) systems.
- Experience in factory management or export trade would be an added qualification.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical problem-solving skills.
