As a 100% Australian owned and a BOI approved business we have proudly been in Sri Lanka for 20+ years and have a talented team of 200+ people based at our Head Office in Kaduwela, Sri Lanka. We're seeking 2x full-time, on-site Senior Digital Content Creator who are deeply passionate about crafting innovative and engaging content for our vehicles. Reporting to our Digital Marketing Manager, the role will be based at our facility in Kaduwela and involves creating captivating video and graphic content to elevate our marketing initiatives and our brand on a global scale. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail, capable of conceptualizing and executing engaging content that resonates with our worldwide target audience. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, fun team and play a key role in shaping our brand's digital presence.
What you will be doing everyday....
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit compelling video content that aligns with our brand's strategy and goals across multiple digital channels.
- Using the latest digital cameras, drones, lighting and iPhone technologies.
- Creating both short form (Reels/Shorts) video content and long form YouTube content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure video content is cohesive with other digital marketing efforts.
- Stay ahead of video content trends and adapt content strategies to maximize engagement and reach.
- Manage video projects from concept through execution, ensuring they are delivered on time.
- Experiment with different video styles and techniques to continuously improve the quality and impact of our content.
- Designing and producing visually compelling graphics for marketing materials, websites, social media, and other platforms.
What makes you perfect for Autogroup International?
- Bachelor's degree in Cinematography/Multimedia or equivalent qualification
- At least 3+ years of similar experience in digital content creation
- Expertise in tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, DaVinci
- Creative thinker with a knack for detail
- Strong proficiency in videography, photography and exceptional editing skills
- An ability to work under tight deadlines
- A deep passion and extensive expertise in everything vehicle related
- Very good communications skills
- Proven, demonstrable experience in creating reels/shorts
- Proven, demonstrable experience in shooting and editing YouTube content
