Assistant Manager- Business Development (Laboratory Network)
- Inauguration & branding of Kings Hospital laboratory network and newly adding branches across the island.
- Manage all marketing-related activities and Sales Promotion Associates in the organization in coordination with the sales team across the island to promote the services of the organization to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Creation of medical packages and organizing campaigns to the public to create awareness. Arrange CME's (Continuous Medical Education Programs) in coordination with the sales team for the scientific promotion of the products & services to the medical professionals. Organizing and arranging exhibitions & participation for general public awareness exhibition stalls.
- Support & motivate the sales team.
- Draft brochures, leaflets, banners, articles, advertisements for newspapers, souvenirs & journals for the awareness of the products & services of the company.
- Support to launch of new value-added services to the company (Mobile laboratory service, e-mail of lab reports to customers, corporate medical services, CME's).
- Create public & media relations through print media/newspaper (articles & advertisements), Electronic media (radio & easy TV ads, e-mail campaigns)
- Conduct Internal Branding of all branches, outside branding with hoardings, boards, direction boards, branding of stationery used in the laboratory etc.
- Introducing new customers and branches to the hospital.
Qualifications:
- Degree/ SLIM/ CIM partly qualified/ equivalent
- 03 years' experience in similar industry
