ACCOUNT MANAGER - HANSGROHE
Our client company is a prominent Sri Lankan holding firm specializing in the production of high-quality ceramic tiles and bathware. As they continue to expand their operations, they are actively seeking qualified professionals to join their dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities
- Scouting, engaging, and delivering key projects to drive an incremental turnover for the organization
- Initiating and implementing new business development activities
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends to capitalize on emerging opportunities
- Provide product education and training to clients, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of Hansgrohe's product offerings and value proposition
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using our CRM system
Candidate Profile
- Male candidates who are below 40
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Management or Professional Qualification in Sales & Marketing (CIM/SLIM) from a recognized University / Institute
- Minimum 5 Years of work experience in Sales, Account management, or Business Development with Hansgrohe experience
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software
- Willing to travel across the country
- Strong negotiation skills to promote the brand locally and globally
