THE JOB ROLE?

  • Provide exceptional service to 'Cargills Online' and group call center customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Efficiently handle consumer orders, returns, and operational requests.
  • Promptly address and resolve consumer requests & complaints with professionalism.
  • Build trust-based relationships by understanding consumer needs and obtaining feedback to make improvements.
  • Maintain confidentiality & accurate consumer records.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams.
  • Go the extra mile and exceed customer expectations to deliver delightful experiences and create moments of happiness in order to keep consumers satisfied.

IS THIS YOU?

  • Passionate about Sri Lanka; you're committed to making a positive impact for our Country and its people.
  • Completed GCE Ordinary Level (OLs) and Advanced Level (ALs). (School leavers are encouraged to apply).
  • Should be able to work on a shift/roster basis with 2 days off per week (which includes weekends).
  • Good IT literacy skills (MS Office package & Microsoft 365 applications)
  • Genuine passion for consumer assistance and satisfaction
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in at least two languages (English, Sinhala, Tamil).
  • Able to work in person from the Consumer Care Call Center in Rathmalana
