The Potential candidate should be equipped with the below mentioned criteria:
- First Degree is mandatory, A master's degree / Post Graduate qualification would be an added advantage
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English
- Strong Leadership and PR skills
- Will be responsible for maintaining the academic quality and standards of ACBT Group and Partner Campuses
- Experience in working in digitalized systems like Office 365 and CRM platforms
- An individual with a "can do" attitude and an out-of-the-box thinker. Experience in the services sector will an added advantage
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures
- Creation of reports and present
- Set up, Analyze and Review Processes and suggest process improvements to uplift efficiency and quality
- Coordinating with TVEC, UGC, and Overseas University partners
- Handling internal and external queries
- Implement process improvements while maintaining quality and compliance aspects of the organization
- Coordinate with Compliance Managers/ Coordinators on other Campuses
