We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic team player to join our team as "Accountant / Assistant Accountant" to spearhead the finance division.
You should ideally
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or CIMA, CA, ACCA or Similar capacity qualification
- 5-10 years in finance reporting or Accounting Field
- Hand -on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (Eg - QuickBooks)
- Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with accounting principles
- Age below 35
- Professional manner and strong ethical code
- Ability to multitask and remain motivation and positive
- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately
- Experience in the Construction Industry would be an added advantage
You will be Responsible For
- Manage all accounting transactions related to ongoing and finalized projects
- Prepare the monthly management accounts and necessary financial reports for the management
- Manage company cash flow
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closing and statutory payments
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profits and loss statement etc., maintaining accurate financial records
- Assisting management in the decision-making process budgets and financial forecasts
