Location: Colombo, SriLanka
Job Description:
- Communicate effectively with travel agents to provide appropriate ticketing solutions.
- Respond to inquiries promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize GDS systems, including Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre, to search, book, and manage flight reservations.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of fare types, and contracts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team targets, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
- Stay updated with airline policies, and regulatory changes that may impact ticketing.
- Maintain accurate records of ticketing transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- IATA, Travel & Tourism or equivalent.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Excellent command over English - both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills with a maniacal attention to detail.
- Good client interfacing and people management skills.
