RESTAURANT MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage all aspects of the Restaurant Operations
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high service standards by the restaurant.
  • Ensure operational budgets and cost controls are adhered to.
  • Maximize revenues by communicating regularly with the team to implement agreed upon strategies, practices, and promotions.
  • Conduct inventory management and spot checks when necessary.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2 to 3 years of working experience in a related field.
  • A customer-focused person with a thorough understanding of the hospitality industry's standards.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • A good command of English is an advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
