RESTAURANT MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage all aspects of the Restaurant Operations
- Ensure consistent delivery of high service standards by the restaurant.
- Ensure operational budgets and cost controls are adhered to.
- Maximize revenues by communicating regularly with the team to implement agreed upon strategies, practices, and promotions.
- Conduct inventory management and spot checks when necessary.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 to 3 years of working experience in a related field.
- A customer-focused person with a thorough understanding of the hospitality industry's standards.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- A good command of English is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
