We are currently seeking candidates for our esteemed client company (five star hotel) based in Colombo

Required skills:

Take full responsibility and be accountable for electrical & automation projects from inception to completion
Demonstrate proficiency in understanding and interpreting technical drawings
Actively participate as a team player in project planning, execution, and troubleshooting
Display leadership qualities to effectively manage and motivate a team of 10-15 individuals
Ensure efficient coordination and communication between various project stakeholders
Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for electrical & automation projects
Implement and adhere to safety standards and regulations throughout project duration
Reporting back to headquarters and other stakeholders on a daily basis

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in electrical project management
Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and mentor a team
Proficiency in project management software/tools is preferred
Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements
Knowledge of automation technologies like KNX, Lutron, Honeywell, DALI will be an added advantage
