Situated on the 9th Floor of the HQ Colombo building, this sleek and modern venue provides a sophisticated atmosphere for after-work drinks, networking, and celebrating Sri Lanka's street food culture. With both indoor and outdoor seating options, guests can enjoy a breathtaking view of the cityscape, including the lotus tower and Colombo Port.
Restaurant Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all aspects of the Restaurant and Bar Operations.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high service standards by the Restaurant and Bar.
• Monitor the quality and quantity of all food and beverage items served; ensure assets are accounted for with proper inventory management and audit checks.
• Ensure operational budgets and cost controls are adhered to.
• Maximize revenues by communicating regularly with the Food and Beverage teams to implement agreed upon strategies, practices, and promotions.
• Review feedback from guests and take proactive steps to improve event handling and customer's dining experience.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of F & B Colleagues within your outlet.
• Proactively review SOPs and improve service training for the team.
• Assist in the management and organization of inventories. Conduct inventory spot checks when necessary.
• Conduct regularly scheduled department meetings.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 4-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Should be a customer-focused person with a thorough understanding of the hospitality industry's standards.
Excellent communication abilities and good command in English
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
