Vacancy for the position of Assistant Executive Retail Manager

The position holder will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the showroom, monitoring and leading a motivated team for the achievement of targets, and for ensuring that excellent customer service standards are always maintained and that the store meets all administration guidelines.
Upon selection, candidates will go through a brief period of training that includes exposure to Retail Management, operations of our different business locations, management mentoring, knowledge-building sessions, projects, and assessments.
Personal Profile
- A minimum of 3 years experience handling similar supervisory responsibilities ideally in the Consumer Durable Retailing Industry
- Professional qualification in Sales or Marketing will be an advantage
- Possess effective leadership & team management skills
- Effective Communication skills
- Strong extra-curricular activity record
- Overseas Retail experience will be an added advantage
Job Profile
- Achieve revenue and profit targets for the store
- Ensure that excellent customer service standards are maintained
- Independently lead a motivated team to increase sales & ensure efficiency
- Maintain shop merchandising standards and display all products
- Train the shop assistants on product knowledge and on handling customers effectively
- Inspect all areas in the store and resolve any issues proactively
