Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales in the freight forwarding industry.
- Excellent communication skills and a good command of English.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong judgement and decision-making skills.
- Self-driven and motivated individual.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new clients through cold calling and sales activities.
- Develop strong connections with new and existing customers.
- Regularly follow-up with clients to promote up-selling and retention.
- Implement a sales plan to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Provide effective customer support to resolve client obstacles.
