in Sri Lanka, has the following job opportunity for a dynamic, self-motivated, result-oriented individual to join our team.
Assistant Accountant/Accountant
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports for management.
- Overlooking and coordinating the efficient functioning of the day-to-day finance activities.
- Maintain and reconcile accurate financial records.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Liaise with bank, Statutory Auditors, the Department of Inland Revenue, and other government organizations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Full or Part qualification in CA Sri Lanka, CMA, or ACCA.
- At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a similar position. Experience in Audit Firm will be considered an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to meet work deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Understanding of banking procedures and treasury management.
- Preferably female candidates living close proximity to Ja-ela.
