Job Title:
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Job Role:
The job holder is responsible to ensure production guidelines & standards are adhered to in the continuous production process to accomplish the final output. Identify improvements, schedule & assign production targets to accomplish the production plan are key responsibilities attached to this job role.
Job Requirements:
- G.C.E Advanced Level qualification
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Production Supervisor or in similar capacity
- Experience in an Agriculture environment would be an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work with cross functional teams
- People Management skills and problem solving skills
- Team Oriented
