Manager - Leasing
Primary responsibilities:
- Be responsible for all activities pertaining to leasing, rentals, renewals, and negotiations of leasing contracts and ensuring all information is maintained properly.
- Manage Recovery activities as an added qualification.
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge and understanding of the Company's leasing policies, procedures, techniques, and methodologies.
- Ensure all lease documentation is prepared in accordance with stipulated leasing guidance and facilitate the required approvals.
- Prepare and effectively manage the office revenue budget and expenses.
- Provide leadership, direction, and motivation to ensure that the leasing team achieves targets as well as Company objectives. Stay up to date on competitive products and new developments.
Qualifications and experience:
- 10 years' experience at a Head Office in a similar capacity would be better.
- Financial knowledge, training skills, and willingness to work longer hours when necessary.
- Excellent Public Relations and Leadership skills along with good computer skills.
- Ability to interact with high-end customers and excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Sinhala, English. Communication in Tamil will be a plus.
