Job Role
- CHIEF ENGINEER
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems within the facility.
- Ensure that all engineering operations comply with relevant regulatory standards and codes, including those set forth by healthcare governing bodies and local authorities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors, contractors and service providers to ensure quality service delivery and cost-effective solutions.
- Develop and manage budgets for engineering projects, equipment procurement and ongoing maintenance activities.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
The Ideal Candidate Profile
- Should possess a BSc. degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
- A minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer.
- Should be self-motivated driven individual who will have to lead the team in a challenging and fast phased environment.
- Forward thinking with the capability to strategically direct the engineering services of the entity.
- Demonstrate good people management skills to work closely with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Age below 45 years.
