Customer Service Coordinator
Responsibilities, Requirements, and Skills:
- Delivering effective solutions to customers with order-related queries by coordinating with Sales, Planning, Production and Logistics departments.
- Handling and monitoring of orders and delivery.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience is delivered by giving customers regular updates and clarification.
- Maintaining an agile and proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues.
- Possessing knowledge of principles and practices in customer service.
- Having a collaborative and solution-focused approach.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business management or a diploma/certificate in marketing and sales, or relevant field from a reputed Institute.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English language is a must.
- Experience in working with Office 365.
- Experience in using ERP desired.
- Previous experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
Your working hours will vary depending on the need to fit different time zones which can be discussed.
You should be self-driven, customer centric and solution oriented.
