About Us:
- Magline Switchboards Pvt Ltd is a renowned manufacturer of low voltage Power Distribution Panels, Sub Distribution Panels, Cable Management Systems, and 19" Server Rack Systems. Our products meet international standards, and our in-house design and manufacturing capabilities ensure customized solutions for our clients.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.
- Create short and long-term sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Drive annual sales and profit plans, forecasting and analyzing market trends.
- Maintain sales volume, product mix, and pricing in line with market dynamics.
- Meet with customers to understand their evolving needs and improve client relationships.
- Implement new sales initiatives to capture key customers.
- Continuously assess business channels and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Meet/exceed sales targets consistently.
Prerequisites:
- Professional qualification in Sales & Marketing.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (2 years in a similar capacity).
- Corporate membership of CIM, SLIM, or similar (added advantage).
- Technical knowledge in Electrical LV Panel Boards, Cable Management Systems, Industrial Automation, Lighting & Lighting Control, and Turnkey Electrical projects.
- Strong command of English and multiple languages.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Age below 35 years.
