BARISTA
IT Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage IT projects including system upgrades, integrations, and new implementations to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee the IT department, providing visionary leadership to a team of IT professionals.
- Develop and implement IT strategy that aligns with the business goals of Barista cafe chain.
- Ensure security of all data and operational systems and manage IT infrastructure and service delivery across all locations.
- Act as a primary liaison with external IT vendors and service providers.
- Keep abreast of new trends and issues in the IT industry, including innovations in coffee retail and digital consumer engagement.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in IT management, preferably in the retail or hospitality sector.
- Candidates with experience in operating Scienter "Destinity" restaurant management system will have a distinct advantage.
- Passion for technology with a strategic mindset to use digital tools to enhance business performance. Exceptional project management skills and familiarity with ITSM frameworks.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of managing IT infrastructure and services across multiple locations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
