  • External liaising with the client team and internal coordination with company support teams including marketing, digital, data, regional heads, Partnerships etc.
  • Direct supervision of a small contact center team and hotel ambassadors.
  • Direct sales for partnerships and direct interaction with client teams to promote company and the program

Sales Manager (Membership Manager)

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 - 7 years relevant experience and a post graduate degree
  • Experience in managing a high quality sales services and end to end operation including Contact Centre, Direct Sales, Customer Service, Fulfilment and Reporting.
  • Experience in managing a P&L
  • Prior experience in high quality services domain would be an advantage.
  • Strong written and communication skills in English.
