As we expand our operations, the company is seeking to recruit the right individual to join our team.

TECHNICAL OPERATIONS MANAGER INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS

  • Ability to manage CAT Technicians based in many countries/time zones.
  • Support CAT Technicians with required information & processes.
  • Handle all grievances of Technicians based overseas and find solutions for same with the Management.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential Local and International customers.
  • Conduct thorough equipment assessments and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Strong technical knowledge in industrial processes, equipment, and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of the service.
  • Provide ongoing support to customers and address any issues or concerns.

Qualifications/Capabilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in the field of Engineering.
  • A minimum of 10 years of post-qualifying experience.
  • Having worked overseas, in many countries, would give you an advantage.
  • Ability of speak additional languages such as French would be a distinct advantage.
  • Minimum of 08 years of experience in sales or engineering, preferably in the heavy equipment industry.
  • Excellent Project management skills.
  • Excellent command in English.
  • Strong technical knowledge in industrial processes, equipment, and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel overseas as needed.
