Maliban Biscuit Manufactories (Pvt) Ltd, is a World Class Producer of quality Biscuits for over half a century with an extensive distribution network and exports to Europe, North America, Middle East and Africa, making Maliban a truly Global Company.
Due to rapid expansion in our operations we are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented individual to fill the following position immediately.
Position Available: ASSISTANT MANAGER - PRODUCTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and achieve production targets, assuming overall responsibility for production during assigned shifts.
- Monitor the entire production process from the Mixing section to the Finished Product stores.
- Minimize the Cost of Production while utilizing existing resources.
- Effectively manage human resources in the factory.
- Ensure all process control activities are carried out as per IMS requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES
- B.Sc. Degree in Food Science or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute.
- Minimum 4-5 years' experience in an executive capacity in the food manufacturing industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Good computer literacy.
