About Us:
- The Laundromat (Pvt) Ltd is a market-leading company in the tourism / industrial service sector with upgraded, modernized laundry plants in Colombo and Kalutara, providing a unique and high-quality customized laundry service in Sri Lanka.
- We operate more than 18 outlets in and around Colombo and we are growing fast in both retail and commercial laundry services.
We are currently looking for:
IT Assistant
Location: Colombo
Responsibilities:
- Identify & diagnose troubleshoot hardware and software failures.
- Understand and translate business requirements into technical solution.
- Provide necessary IT training and awareness to the staff.
- Upgrade system, SOP, and tools to improve productivity and efficiency of the organization.
Requirements:
- Minimum Education Diploma in IT or another equivalent.
- Knowledge in MS office package and windows 10/11 Troubleshooting.
- Ability to handle local network.
- Knowledge of programming language will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently.
- Work experience in a similar capacity would be an added advantage. Knowledge in hardware PC/Laptop/Printer /Zebra Printer.
