Job Requirements
- Between the ages of 18 and 45.
- A degree/professional qualification or part qualification in finance, marketing, or management will be an added advantage.
- The ability to converse fluently in Sinhala and English is a must. The ability to converse in Tamil would be an added advantage.
- Should be a team player with good leadership skills and be able to liaise closely with the branch network. You should also be willing to travel extensively in the field.
- Proven track record of meeting business objectives.
- Must have a valid driving license.
Great Place Work Senior Business Development Officer: A minimum of 5 years of work experience in marketing; leasing, loans, or lending with a proven record in credit evaluation skills.
Senior Marketing Officer: 3 to 5 years' work experience in marketing; leasing, loans, or lending with a proven record in credit evaluation skills.
Marketing Officer: A minimum of two years of work experience in marketing; leasing, loans, or lending with a proven record in credit evaluation skills.
Trainee Marketing Officer: Between the ages of 18 and 25.
- Possess GCE (A/L) and GCE (O/L) Qualifications with credit passes for English and mathematics.
- Willing to work in the field of marketing.
- Preferably school leavers who have done extra-curricular activities.
