Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

  • Identify, report, and track software defects using issue tracking systems, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct regression testing to validate software changes and updates, ensuring that existing functionalities remain intact.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts to streamline testing processes and increase efficiency.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance overall quality and efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with proficiency in testing methodologies and tools.
  • Strong understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in automated testing tools such as Selenium, experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript), and familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, isolate, and troubleshoot software defects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
