Vacancy for the position of Executive - Training and Content Development
Singer (Sri Lanka) PLC operates with the vision to be the market leader in elevating and enriching lives.
The position holder will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging multimedia learning solutions that effectively support the organization's training and development objectives.
Job Profile
- Responsible for developing and organizing learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and job aids with accurate and relevant content that align with organizational goals
- Managing the LMS platform and tracking learner progress along with identifying areas for improvement
- The app administration in terms of user provisioning & deprovisioning, performance monitoring, and log analysis
- Digital platform channel management
Personal Profile
- A degree/professional qualification in Training, Education Management or Creative Multimedia
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil languages
- Minimum one-year experience in a similar role
- Excellent multimedia content creation skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premier Pro and After Effects
- Strong and creative visual skills with keen attention to detail
- Experience in event organizing, videography & photography will be an added advantage
