We are seeking an individual with exposure to pre- and post-tender activities in the construction industry, along with strong leadership skills to manage a Team of Young Construction personnel.
CHIEF QUANTITY SURVEYOR DESIGNATE MANAGER CONTRACTS
The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes:
- A degree or Industry acceptable Academic qualification, with at least 10 years of post qualification experience.
- Membership in a recognized professional institute would be an added qualification.
- Familiarity with industry trends and contract administration.
- Strong computer literacy and up-to-date knowledge of current software packages.
- Regular management appraisals, scheduling, and reviews.
- Monitoring project cash flows and ensuring effective billing.
- Clear career progression opportunities.
