Director of Food & Beverage

  • Ideal candidate should be in the age group of 30-40 years and possess a degree/diploma in hotel management or equivalent qualification from reputed hotel school or institute.
  • Candidate should have at least 5 years' experience in a 5-star large property in the same capacity.
  • Foreign experience in a similar position in F&B service will be a definite advantage.
  • Candidate must have excellent command of English; interpersonal and managerial skills are must.
  • She/He should be able to lead & motivate the team.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Managing all F&B outlets operations and regular presence throughout the outlets.
  • Committing to guest satisfaction and developing service standards to exceed guest satisfaction.
  • Training and developing the F&B team and outlet managers.
  • Working within budgeted guidelines, analyzing, and identifying financial opportunities including cost controls, levels and revenue generations.
  • Establishing and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Setting targets and objectives, budgets, and policies and procedures.
  • Managing relationship with vendors and assisting in negotiation agreements.
  • Assuming responsibility for all financial targets, budgets, and F&B budget performance.
  • Well conversant with MICROS/FIDELIO & MS Office Applications.

L&D Manager

We are looking for an experienced training and development manager to devise our organizational training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. You will identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives that build loyalty to the firm.

Training managers work across many departments to get employees up to speed in both their specific vertical, and the overall needs of the company. Training managers often have backgrounds in business, leadership, human resources, development and education.

Training manager responsibilities include enhancing employees' skills, performance, productivity and quality of work.
