Logistics Supervisor

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

Oversee and coordinate day-to-day logistics activities, ensuring efficient and timely execution of tasks.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Analyze logistics data to identify trends, track key performance indicators, and generate reports for management.
Collaborate with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Lead and motivate team to achieve performance targets.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Degree / Diploma in supply chain and logistics.
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, time management, communication, and collaboration skills.
Inclination to data analytics with a data-driven mindset.
Willingness to provide operational support outside of business hours.
