Logistics Supervisor - Transport Operations
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
- Supervise transport planning and operational execution.
- Handle the documentation associated with transport operations.
- Carry out vehicle inspections to guarantee safety and compliance.
- Efficiently coordinate and communicate with drivers.
- Demonstrate proficiency in managing delivery-related documentation.
- Guarantee a smooth customer experience through effective coordination.
- Enforce compliance with safety, quality, and environmental guidelines in accordance with OHSAS and ISO standards among all employees.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Degree / Diploma in supply chain and logistics.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, time management, communication and collaboration skills.
- Inclination to data analytics with a data-driven mindset.
- Willingness to provide operational support outside of business hours.
