Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Jewelry Salesperson to join our team at Alluring Designer Jewelry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fine jewelry, excellent customer service skills, and at least three years of experience in sales within the jewelry industry.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in the showroom to understand their needs and provide expert advice on jewelry selections.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling techniques and exceptional service.
- Stay informed about the latest jewelry trends and collections to effectively present products to customers.
- Handle transactions, process payments, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain the showroom's appearance, including arranging displays and keeping inventory organized.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of sales experience in the jewelry trade.
- Strong knowledge of different types of jewelry and gemstones.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- High level of integrity and reliability.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
