We are hiring Factory Manager - Indonesia
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Installation and commissioning of plant & machinery including performance evaluation against the purchase order.
- Planning and supervision of on-site welding and fabrication.
- Design and selection of machinery and utility requirements.
- Carry out timely preventive maintenance and maintain the required critical spare parts. Ability to supervise workforce and improve their efficiencies. Coordinating multiple projects internally and externally.
- Evaluate project proposals, Quotations and Bill of quantities and evaluate against market rates.
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, budgets, and expenditures coordinating with management ensuring timely completion and desired industry standards.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- BSc/NDT/HNDE/TTI or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a supervisory position or above. Computer literacy is essential. Familiarity with AUTO CAD Software, Project management & SAP based environment would be an added advantage. Coconut industry experience would be an added advantage.
