With our expansion plan and to reach new heights in a dynamic and rapidly evolving industry, we are now looking for an experienced, committed, and self-motivated individual to join our Digital Customer Service team.

Executive - Digital Customer Service

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Knowledge Portal and its content.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) for all new products/changes.
  • Manage the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) workflows and content.
  • Preparation of Daily/Monthly and ad-hoc reports.
  • Troubleshoot CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system functionality.
  • Data analytics and MIS (Management Information Systems).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital/IT environments.
  • Experience in CRM systems and other billing/operational tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Mandatory: flexibility to work during overnight hours as and when required.
  • Exposure to the telco industry would be an added advantage.
  • A goal-oriented individual with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
