WANTED
Following Positions are available in the Head Office of AMSK Constructions (Pvt) Ltd. (a CS-1 accredited multiple award-winning construction organization) in Madampe.
Experience
- Senior Quantity Surveyor - Pre-Contract
- Contract
Work east 053 years work experience in a Tendering Team of a reputed construction organization, preferably in a leading senior position.
- Excellent Overall Knowledge on Procurement Practices and all Pre-Contract Aspects.
- Excellent Competency to prepare technical and financial documentation required for large scale construction project for bid submissions.
- Excellent knowledge for pricing of BOQ's for roads, building and water projects is considered as a key requirement.
- Excellent knowledge on construction methodology, materials and Sri Lankan industry norms is a key requirement.
Qualification
A Bachelor's Degree or a Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a reputed Higher Qualification in Quantity Surveying discipline
