Senior Executive - FD Operation
The General Purpose of the Job/ Position:
The job holder is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the fixed deposits (FDS) section according to company financial policies & procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the accurate maintenance of new FDs, renewals, withdrawals, FD Interest Payments, loans against FDs and guarantees issued.
- Attending customer inquiries and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Ensure proper completion of the day-end procedures.
- Coordinate & maintain good working relationships with the relevant internal Departments and external parties.
- Be insightful and work on new strategies product enhancement to be competitive in the market.
Attributes and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in banking/finance sector or similar capacity.
- Diploma, or professional qualifications related to Business Management or Finance.
- Demonstrate utmost professionalism and integrity in carrying out the job.
- Knowledge of current market condition and competitors.
- Should be a team player who works towards common business goals.
