POST OF FACTORY ACCOUNTANT
Job Responsibilities in brief:
- Manufacturing cost accounting - Analysis of variances, follow up and related reporting.
- Stock management - Raw materials, WIC and Finished goods.
- Management Information - preparation & reporting of financial data related to Manufacturing operation. Managing Factory fixed assets
- Planned site visits and submission of weekly reports.
- Plat-wise petty management
- Liaise with Internal Audit Department for matters related to factory audits and make necessary clarifications on findings and act on corrective actions.
- Submit invoices on local purchase to H/O for payments.
- Reconcile cash advances and advance payments to suppliers etc.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Part qualifications from a recognized Accounting Body
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar or comparable capacity
- Should be able to independently handle job scope above with minimum supervision.
- Excellent written and oral communication in English.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products. Prior working experience in SAP would be an added advantage.
- Age: Below 35 years. The selected applicant will be based at one of our manufacturing facilities at Sapugaskanda.
