Job Description:
- Field Analysis: Conduct soil and crop evaluations to assess productivity, auditing growth reports (Ec/PH, Scouting & plant Quality) and identify areas for improvement.
- Crop and Quality Management: Assist in the development and implementation of crop management plans, including planting, irrigation, and pest control strategies. Auditing all Quality rules and guidelines in farms, transportation & shops.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related field.
- Pro-active mindset
- Strong understanding of agronomic principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and most of all problem avoiding skills.
Research Support: Collecting data/reports, and. Effective communication abilities in English, analyzing results to enhance agricultural both written and verbal practices & suggest actions.
- Interaction farm managers: Collaborate with. Passion for sustainable agriculture and farm managers to understand and provide their environmental stewardship. needs, assist with technical advice, and offer solutions to optimize yields and sustainability.
- Technology Integration: Embrace and utilize emerging technologies in agriculture/flower production, such as precision farming tools and digital agronomy platforms.
- Field Visits: Visit all production locations & sales outlets on a 2 weekly basis.
